VEHICLES IN EXISTENCE.
There can't be many twenty-six year old Refuse Collection Vehicles still earning their keep, although quite a number still do in Malta. This example is seen on the Isle of Wight as Steve Jones assists 'Isle of Wight Textiles' with the disposal of their cardboard waste. It's great to see the restored Isles of Scilly Revopak doing what it was designed for.
Ralph Crow has written in to say that he owns two SD Freighters dating from about 1929 and 1935.
Meanwhile Ted Hoole in Sheffield has decided that after caring for his 'W' type for over 30 years it's time for it to have a new home. Ted hopes to find someone who will care for this 1958 vehicle.
